AI-native transfer pricing engine.
Automation, compliance and expert workflows for modern TP teams
Eight functions, five modules
Introducing the TP.ACE engine
The compliance operating system for transfer pricing.
Your Local Files, agreements, policies and prior correspondence, ring-fenced per project, entity and year — alongside curated OECD and country materials.
Pulls up the exact page behind each point — the clause in the agreement, the row in the matrix, the paragraph in last year's file. Tables stay whole, so a figure never lands under the wrong entity.
Every sentence is written against a retrieved page and carries the reference with it.
A second model, from a different family than the drafter, reads each claim against its cited page and returns supports, does not support, or inconclusive.
TP.Files, TP.Audits, TP.Agreements, TP.Chat and TP.Guardian — eight functions, each wrapping a task you already have.
Tracked changes to accept or reject paragraph by paragraph, and findings written as comments in the margin of the file itself.
EU servers, processed under European data protection law, with a tax professional approving every output.
A single system that connects your documents, the evidence behind them, and the review that has to hold up in front of a tax authority.

Eight functions. Each one is a task already on your desk.
Report wizard
Drop last year's Local File and this year's working files. Figures are recomputed, the narrative is refreshed from your evidence, and anything that could not be derived is flagged rather than invented.
Read moreQuality reviewer
Reads the document against OECD and country materials and writes every finding as a comment in the file itself, at every severity, with the risk and what to do about it.
Read moreDraft counsellor
Paste the authority letter. Every question comes back with an anchored draft, the pages it rests on, and a verdict — ready, needs review, or needs data.
Read moreConsistency checker
Reads your whole documentation landscape as one document and tells you where it disagrees with itself, before a tax authority finds it for you.
Read moreEvery module. Every jurisdiction.
TP.ACE handles the documentation workflow end to end, across in-house tax functions and advisory firms — from the prior-year file to the answer you file. The jurisdictions, templates and drafting standards are configured during implementation, against the countries you actually file in.
TP.Files
Roll the Local File forward and have it reviewed. Target support range 80–90%.
Read moreTP.Audits
Answer the authority letter from your own evidence. Target support range 60–70%.
Read moreTP.Agreements
Draft new intercompany agreements, or turn legacy PDFs into a structured grid of terms.
Read moreTP.Chat
Specialists on ring-fenced knowledge, with an orchestrator routing each question to the agent that owns it.
Read moreTP.Guardian
Checks that every jurisdiction is telling the same story, before anyone else does.

What the platform is designed to carry
These are the support ranges we design and calibrate against with the first teams, and the scope live today — not adoption figures we haven't earned yet.
Our vision
We didn't build TP.ACE because people need more TP software.
We built it because tax professionals hate doing the same thing twice. The judgement in a transfer pricing file — where the risk sits, which position to take, what to concede — is the part worth a specialist's week. Re-typing last year's paragraphs and chasing the number behind them is not.
So the engine takes the mechanical half and hands back something that can name its source. A person still signs it. That is the point, not a limitation.
Built for the confidentiality your tax function already demands.
Your documents are processed to do your work. They are not used as training material.
EU data residency
Stored on EU servers and processed in line with European data protection law.
GDPR
Processed under the strictest standard for data privacy, with no training on your files.
Ring-fenced sources
One workspace per project, entity and year. Nothing from outside it leaks in.
Human accountability
Every output goes to a tax professional who validates, edits and approves before it is filed.
